The Ledges Food Wagon is dedicated to coming as close as we can to delivering a 100% Hilltown experience by taking a local first approach to sourcing our ingredients. What we aren't able to find locally, we purchase from farms, orchards & purveyors that are committed to the same principles of quality and sustainability. We try to highlight ingredients that are a unique expression of the beautiful region we are so lucky to call home. We wish to help inspire more people to support their local farms & businesses.
